How we protect every Financial Passport
Five steps, all automatic, all happening quietly in the background of every business on the platform.
Every action becomes an event
A document uploaded, a bank statement synced, capital received, a repayment made — each one is written once, as its own permanent, append-only record. Nothing is ever edited or deleted after the fact, by anyone.
Every record gets a fingerprint
Every record receives a unique digital fingerprint. Each new record is linked to the one before it, creating a complete history. If anything changes later, the fingerprints no longer match.
Every day, the records are sealed together
At the end of each day, all of that day's records are sealed together into a single proof. Even a day with zero activity gets a sealed proof, so a missing day is itself a red flag.
The proof is stored outside Creditlinker
That proof is stored in a place outside Creditlinker that anyone can check. Only the proof is stored, not your business information.
Anyone can verify it independently
Anyone can check that a Financial Passport hasn't been changed by comparing today's records with the original proof. If they don't match, the system immediately shows it.
This page only ever shows whether a Financial Passport is intact, never the underlying financial data itself. Verification never requires access to what happened, only proof that it hasn't been changed since.
